Information for booking
Children up to 6 years stay FREE (for occupancy over standard occupancy) and the guest tax applies only from 14 years. Unfortunately, this is not included in the price calculation. Please let us know the age of the children by arrival when booking under comments, so that this can be taken into account in the booking confirmation.
The minimum stay in the winter season is 7 days, day of arrival = Saturday, shortly below. In the summer season the minimum stay is 3 days in low season and 6 days in high season. Arrival days = All.
Payment in advance: 30% of the apartment price by bank transfer.
Final payment at least 14 days prior arrival by bank transfer.
We accept credit cards.
Arrival: Your accommodation will be ready from 4 p.m. You will get the keys at the reception in the house between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
Departure: Your apartment should be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
General
The apartments are non-smoking apartments.
Dogs are allowed (only Summerseason) on request. We charge 10,00 Euro per day and dog.
Cancellation: When cancelling a booking of an apartment within four weeks prior to the date of arrival, 70% of the total costs will be charged.
Moreover, the stipulations set forth in the “Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions” will apply.
